Return,Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Customer can cancel his order any time before order isn't dispatched.
If order is cancel by the customer, we can initiate refunds the amount to the fruit Uncle wallet (once initiated are immediate), whereas refunds to original payment mode (card/ bank) may take further 3-5 days to reflect in your account.
You will receive a notification once the refund is initiated to your card/ bank account. You can call/ email our contact center to request a preference for refund mode.
For any complaint of any order/items customer can connect with us within 24 hour's of delivery of order for all fruit and vegetables, dairy's items for other groceries or home utility items can get in touch 72 hours. After that we cannot accept any complaint or return refund request.
